As a Dyson Expert in Newcastle North Shields, you'll play a key role in shaping how customers first experience Dyson’s technology. This part-time position centers on delivering knowledgeable, engaging, and tailored interactions that help people understand how Dyson products can improve their everyday lives.
What You’ll Do
- Master the details of Dyson’s product range, from functionality to real-world benefits, and confidently share that insight with customers
- Engage visitors with warmth and energy, listening closely to their needs and guiding them toward the right solutions
- Deliver live product demonstrations that highlight unique features and inspire informed purchasing decisions
- Keep displays neat, fully stocked, and inviting, ensuring every product is ready for interaction
- Monitor inventory, assist with restocking, and report any discrepancies promptly
- Work alongside team members and retail partners to maintain a seamless and professional environment
