Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Speaking Hotel Reservations Advisor to help our Dutch-speaking clients secure their ideal accommodations. You’ll be a key point of contact, ensuring every booking experience is smooth and exceptional. This position includes a fully paid relocation to Greece, where you’ll join our dedicated team.
What You'll Do
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers with hotel reservations via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information on hotel options, amenities, rates, and special promotions.
- Process reservation requests accurately and verify all details with the client.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to hotel bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservation details within our CRM system.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in the hospitality industry to provide informed recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or a related field.
- A strong passion for travel and knowledge of popular hotel destinations and services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
