Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat related to property management inquiries
- Assist clients with rental information, maintenance scheduling, and service requests
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and service providers to ensure smooth service delivery
- Collect and relay client feedback to help improve property management services
- Stay updated on property management practices and local regulations

- Fluency in Dutch
