Responsibilities - Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat platforms concerning travel and hospitality inquiries. - Support clients during booking processes, managing modifications and cancellations while ensuring a smooth interaction. - Offer comprehensive information about travel destinations, accommodations, and service options to help customers make well-informed decisions. - Address customer complaints and feedback professionally, prioritizing customer satisfaction and building long-term loyalty. - Work collaboratively with travel partners and internal teams to develop innovative solutions and improve service quality. - Maintain comprehensive understanding of current promotions, travel regulations, and company offerings. - Meticulously record customer interactions and contribute insights for continuous service enhancement. Requirements - Native or near-native fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal communication. - Prior customer service experience, particularly in hospitality or tourism sectors, is advantageous. - Exceptional communication abilities and a genuinely customer-centric approach. - Demonstrated skill in managing sensitive scenarios and resolving complex challenges effectively. - Advanced proficiency in customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office applications. - Highly meticulous with superior organizational capabilities. - Genuine passion for travel and enabling extraordinary customer experiences.
