In this role, you will help protect users from online scams, fraud, and harmful content. You’ll review and moderate user-generated content and respond to customer inquiries via email.

What You'll Do

  • Review and moderate user-generated content.
  • Identify and prevent scams, fraud, and policy violations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email (no phone support).
  • Apply company guidelines and country-specific regulations.
  • Make independent decisions based on clear policies.
  • Contribute to a safer digital marketplace.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Dutch (written and reading level is key).
  • Basic to conversational English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Confident decision-maker.
  • Structured and proactive mindset.
  • No previous experience required.
