Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Speaking Agent to provide outstanding customer service for Luminus. You'll be the direct point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, working remotely from Greece to support their needs and inquiries through multiple channels.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries and requests in Dutch via phone, email, and chat, ensuring friendly and professional interaction.
- Assist customers with their accounts, guide them through troubleshooting processes, and provide solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Luminus products and services to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM tool.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer journeys and resolve escalated queries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to continuously improve service offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively and demonstrate patience when resolving customer issues.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Good command of English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems and remote working tools is a plus.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
