Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Language Hospitality Reservations Agent to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will facilitate hotel bookings for Dutch-speaking clients and deliver exceptional customer service. We provide a full relocation package for this position.
What You'll Do
- Assist Dutch-speaking clients with hospitality reservations via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information about accommodations, amenities, and local attractions.
- Accurately process reservation requests and confirm all details.
- Address and resolve inquiries or issues related to hotel bookings.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
- Stay current on hospitality trends and amenities.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in hospitality reservations, customer service, or a related field.
- Passion for travel and in-depth knowledge of hotel services and destinations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to effectively handle challenges and resolve customer issues.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
