About the Role
The specialist will act as the main contact for customers, guiding them through the platform, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients
- Onboard new customers and guide them through initial setup
- Monitor client activity to anticipate and resolve concerns
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical issues
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess needs
- Identify opportunities for product optimization based on feedback
- Maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system
- Support the resolution of billing and account-related questions
- Assist in creating user-friendly documentation and guides
- Follow up on service interruptions or outages with affected clients
- Help streamline customer workflows for better efficiency
- Participate in training sessions for new team members
- Contribute to process improvements in customer support
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Gather client insights to inform product development
- Coordinate with sales for renewals and upsell opportunities
- Deliver feedback summaries to relevant departments
- Maintain a customer-first mindset in all interactions
- Stay updated on product changes and feature releases
- Escalate complex cases following internal protocols
- Support multilingual clients when necessary
