Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Customer Care Agent to provide exceptional remote support to Dutch-speaking e-commerce customers. You'll work from Greece, ensuring a positive customer experience by resolving inquiries and sharing product knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Assist customers with order processes, product information, and account inquiries while ensuring satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system, maintaining thorough records for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and implement improvements based on customer feedback.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotional events, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve service delivery and product knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach are essential.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members across different functions.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service or e-commerce environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and e-commerce platforms is preferred.
