About the Role
The consultant will handle post-sale client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships for Dutch-speaking clients, operating remotely from Greece within a global support framework.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions after purchase
- Assist clients with product or service issues
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions
- Escalate technical problems when necessary
- Ensure timely follow-up on service requests
- Communicate clearly in Dutch with native proficiency
- Work across time zones to support Dutch clients
- Adhere to service level agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases
- Provide feedback on recurring customer issues
- Support onboarding for new clients when needed
- Track performance metrics related to service quality
- Stay updated on product changes and updates
- Follow company protocols for data security and privacy
Nice to Have
- Experience in technical support roles
- Knowledge of the Dutch market or business culture
- Background in telecommunications or related industry
