Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation of marketing activities in the UK and European regions
- Adapt and roll out US-driven integrated campaigns to align with regional market needs in Europe
- Drive the execution of major marketing efforts such as campaigns, new product introductions, special offers, and gift-with-purchase programs
- Collaborate with brand teams to advance local marketing efforts and region-specific activations
- Orchestrate efforts across departments to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and on schedule
- Monitor campaign results, provide performance analysis, and support optimization efforts
- Work in tandem with the Media & Performance Lead to turn strategic goals into practical execution steps
