Aios Medical is hiring a DTC Graphic Designer at Aios Medical — Remote, US Hours, $25k - $32k/yr total comp inc equity

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of creating and finalizing static ads across campaigns, ensuring visually stunning, high-performing outputs that align with brand standards and marketing goals.
  • Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused ad copy to accompany your designs, using AI tools to assist with ideation, variation testing, and optimization.
  • Analyze the performance of visual and textual content across platforms, using metrics to measure engagement, conversion, and ROI. Translate insights into actionable creative improvements.
  • Conduct A/B tests on visuals, layouts, and copy combinations to identify what drives the best performance. Apply learnings to continuously optimize future designs.
  • Use AI-powered design and copywriting tools to streamline workflows, accelerate production, and enhance both the creative quality and output volume.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure all creatives — visuals and copy — align with campaign objectives, growth strategy, and brand messaging. Contribute ideas and feedback to elevate overall creative quality.
  • Stay ahead of creative and platform trends, experimenting with new visual styles, messaging angles, and formats to engage our audience more effectively.
  • Be an early adopter of emerging AI and design technologies that keep Aios Medical at the forefront of DTC creative innovation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing static ads and experience working with DTC brands.
  • Deep understanding of direct-response design and messaging, with hands-on experience creating high-converting ads for Meta and other paid platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), plus a strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout design, and copy-visual integration.
  • Confident in using AI tools for both design and copywriting — leveraging them to ideate, iterate, and enhance creative output.
  • Skilled at analyzing ad performance data, running A/B tests, and applying insights to refine both visuals and messaging.
  • Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — a strong communicator who’s excited to build, learn, and create meaningful impact.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare company.
  • Passion for exploring new AI designS and tools to push the limits of performance-driven creative.
