About the Role
This role leads the development and optimization of analytics infrastructure and marketing automations to drive growth in a direct-to-consumer nutrition brand. The manager will collaborate across teams to implement data strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of analytics frameworks for DTC campaigns

- Translate business questions into measurable analytics projects
- Optimize customer journey analytics using behavioral data
- Support A/B testing initiatives with robust data collection
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools
- Drive adoption of analytics best practices across departments
- Monitor automation workflows to ensure reliability and scalability
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting through tooling
- Partner with IT to ensure compliance with data privacy standards
- Create dashboards for executive and operational teams
- Evaluate third-party data tools and platforms for integration
- Improve attribution modeling for multi-channel campaigns
- Document data pipelines and system logic for team reference
- Lead root cause analysis for performance fluctuations
- Support customer segmentation and personalization strategies
- Ensure data governance policies are followed across functions
- Provide analytics training to non-technical stakeholders
