AURIC_ was looking for a DR Inside Sales Representative – US Market (Gym & Payments Tech)

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll drive new customer acquisition by managing both inbound and outbound sales pipelines for a tech solution serving gym owners across the United States. Your primary focus will be phone-based outreach and follow-up, guiding prospects from initial contact through qualification and closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert incoming leads into paying customers through consultative phone engagement
  • Initiate outbound calls and emails to prospects based on targeted campaigns
  • Assess customer needs and determine fit for the company’s offerings
  • Close qualified deals or escalate complex opportunities to senior sales personnel
  • Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate customer interactions and outcomes
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance benchmarks

Qualifications

Applicants should have at least two years of experience in an inside sales or business development role, with a track record of success selling to US businesses. Strong spoken English with a neutral accent is essential, as the role is heavily phone-dependent.

  • Proven ability to manage high call volume while maintaining quality
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Comfort with video conferencing and cloud productivity tools (Zoom, Google Workspace)
  • Reliable internet connection (50+ Mbps) and a professional VOIP setup
  • Self-directed, open to feedback, and focused on achieving goals

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position with flexibility in scheduling, though candidates must be available during Eastern or Central US business hours. The company supports professional growth with structured onboarding and a transparent path to leadership roles.

Compensation & Incentives

The total on-target earnings range from $40,000 to $60,000 annually, combining base salary, uncapped commission, and performance bonuses. Additional non-sales cash rewards are available for hitting activity milestones. There is no ceiling on commission earnings, encouraging sustained performance.
