Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to design and propose customer-specific solutions within a defined technical domain
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, presenting to stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Act as the primary technical liaison for Cortex-related inquiries and support responses to formal procurement requests
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight competitive advantages and business value
- Design and manage Proof of Value initiatives using industry best practices to validate technical success
- Achieve high technical validation and PoV conversion rates within the assigned domain
- Articulate how products meet customer needs and stand out from alternatives
- Design integrated security architectures that enhance and streamline customer security frameworks
- Create high-level designs and define key use cases to guide implementation and ensure value delivery
- Support customers in building service capabilities around Cortex-based platforms
- Lead discussions on evolving security threats and industry developments
- Provide informed comparisons of competing offerings and position the company's solutions as superior
- Recommend appropriate services—either vendor or partner-delivered—to ensure successful deployment and outcomes
- Initiate initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and performance
- Enforce compliance with organizational standards and support adoption across teams
- Channel customer insights to product, marketing, research, and development teams to influence future features and requirements
Compensation
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $198,000 - $248,000 /YR.
