Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing engagement with limited support from consulting and client partners.
- Evaluates and formulates client business strategies, including industry positioning and competitive landscape.
- Designs tailored services and solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Assesses and forecasts project scope and delivery obligations for final solutions.
- Identifies and pursues revenue growth opportunities in current and emerging areas.
- Leads client engagements and supervises team contributions to meet or surpass client expectations.
- Directs proposal development and pre-sales initiatives for both ongoing and new client accounts.
- Supports the creation and refinement of practice-specific policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Mentors junior team members in solution delivery and best practices.
- Champions the development of market-ready, reusable solutions and standardized methodologies.
- Develops intellectual property assets from project deliverables for future use.
