Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records using logs or tracking systems for all document production assignments
- Evaluate job requests thoroughly and ensure proper execution across all stages of production
- Carry out document creation, proofreading, intake processing, and workflow coordination as required
- Follow defined protocols, formats, and standards to edit, convert, transcribe, or finalize documents according to client expectations
- Show competence in operating relevant technology, software, and hardware essential for document tasks
- Communicate promptly with team members, supervisors, or clients regarding project issues or scheduling concerns
- Deliver completed work within agreed-upon timelines
- Resolve minor technical issues related to software or equipment
- Support ongoing improvements in service quality and strengthen client collaboration
- Conduct quality checks on produced documents when assigned
- Comply with company and client-specific policies and procedures
- Use tools, equipment, and supplies responsibly to minimize waste and control costs
Other
- Work schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Comply with Williams Lea Tag policies and client-specific guidelines
- Operate equipment and utilize supplies in a cost-effective manner
