Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate logs and tracking systems for all document production assignments
- Carefully review job requests and ensure tasks are fully completed at every stage
- Carry out document production, proofreading, intake processing, and workflow coordination as required
- Follow defined procedures, standards, and templates to edit, proof, convert, generate, or transcribe documents to meet client expectations
- Show competence in operating relevant technology, software, and hardware for assigned duties
- Engage with team members, supervisors, or clients to address project or timeline issues
- Deliver services within agreed-upon timeframes
- Resolve minor technical issues with software or equipment
- Support a culture focused on improving service quality and strengthening client relationships
- Conduct quality checks on deliverables when requested
- Comply with company and client-specific policies and guidelines
- Use tools and materials efficiently to minimize costs
