Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records using logs or tracking systems for all document production assignments.
- Carefully review work requests and ensure proper execution across all stages of the process.
- Carry out tasks related to document creation, proofreading, data intake, and workflow coordination as required.
- Follow established guidelines, formats, and standards to edit, convert, transcribe, or finalize documents to meet client expectations.
- Show competence in operating relevant software, hardware, and technology needed for daily functions.
- Communicate promptly with team members, supervisors, or clients regarding project status or time-sensitive issues.
- Deliver services within agreed-upon timeframes as specified in client contracts.
- Identify and resolve basic technical issues with software or equipment.
- Support a culture focused on improving service quality and strengthening client relationships.
- Conduct quality checks on deliverables when requested.
- Comply with company-specific policies as well as client-specific rules and protocols.
- Use tools, equipment, and supplies responsibly to minimize waste and control costs.

- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Ensure timely delivery of services in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Follow internal and client-specific compliance policies.
- Operate equipment and manage supplies in a cost-effective manner.
