Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate logs and tracking records for all document production assignments
- Carefully review job requests and ensure tasks are completed correctly at every stage
- Carry out document production, proofreading, intake processing, and workflow coordination as required
- Follow established guidelines and formats to edit, proof, convert, generate, or transcribe documents to meet client expectations
- Show competence in operating relevant technology, software, and hardware used in daily tasks
- Communicate promptly with colleagues, supervisors, or clients regarding job progress or time-sensitive issues
- Deliver work within agreed-upon deadlines as outlined in service contracts
- Identify and resolve basic technical issues related to software or equipment
- Support a culture of ongoing improvement and strong client relationships through proactive engagement
- Conduct quality checks on documents when requested
- Comply with company policies as well as client-specific requirements
- Use tools, equipment, and supplies efficiently to minimize waste and control costs
