Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate logs and tracking systems for all document production assignments
- Carefully review job requests and ensure tasks are completed correctly at every stage
- Carry out document production, proofreading, intake processing, and workflow coordination as required
- Follow defined procedures, formats, and standards to edit, convert, create, or transcribe documents to meet client expectations
- Show competence in operating relevant technology, software, and equipment needed for assigned duties
- Communicate promptly with colleagues, supervisors, or clients about task-related issues or timeline concerns
- Deliver services within agreed-upon timeframes
- Resolve minor software or hardware issues independently
- Support ongoing improvements in service quality and strengthen client relationships
- Conduct quality checks on completed work when requested
- Comply with company and client-specific policies and guidelines
- Use tools, equipment, and supplies efficiently to minimize waste

- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
- Must follow company and client compliance policies
- Expected to use resources in a cost-effective way
- May need to communicate with team members, leads, supervisors, or clients about job or deadline issues
- Required to meet established service delivery deadlines
- May include resolving basic technical issues with software or hardware
