Responsibilities

  • Oversees and mentors 6 to 8 Store Managers, guiding them to lead and support their teams effectively.
  • Collaborates with Regional Managers, HR partners, and corporate staff to strengthen business operations.
  • Works with HR and Learning & Development to identify and grow leadership potential across the district.
  • Proactively recruits external talent to elevate overall team capabilities.
  • Ensures consistent and effective implementation of new company policies and initiatives.
  • Analyzes district and store performance data, identifying trends and coaching managers to address challenges or leverage opportunities.
  • Drives financial success by ensuring strong customer service and operational execution.
  • Balances performance monitoring and compliance checks with in-person coaching and team development.
  • Spends at least 90% of the workweek traveling to stores, requiring reliable transportation and driving ability.
  • Monitors competitive landscape and growth prospects, sharing insights and expansion ideas with leadership.
  • Gathers feedback on existing programs and shares best practices across the district.
  • Adapts strategies to local market conditions for optimal results.
  • Empowers store-level decision-making while maintaining alignment with company and district goals.
  • Manages staffing across locations, reassigning personnel to meet performance or operational needs.
  • Fosters positive community relationships in operating areas.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
