Responsibilities
- Dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service technicians using ServiceTitan to maximize route efficiency and revenue per call
- Manage the daily board: scheduling, rescheduling, and filling open time slots
- Prioritize calls based on urgency, location, and technician skillset
- Communicate constantly with technicians, customers, and management throughout the day
- Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules in real-time
- Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations/no-shows
- Work closely with CSRs to ensure calls are booked properly and completely
- Help drive average ticket and conversion rates by placing the right tech on the right call
- Handle high call volume and problem-solve on the fly
Requirements
- 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or coordination experience (HVAC/home services preferred)
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
- Strong communication skills—clear, direct, and professional
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Strong sense of urgency and decision-making ability
- Team player who works well with technicians and office staff
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
