Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent daily operation of e-discovery platforms and associated technologies
- Manage, observe, and sustain system infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, testing, and upkeep of operating environments, software applications, and administrative tools
- Evaluate application performance for inefficiencies, diagnose root causes, and collaborate with vendors and development teams to apply resolutions
- Implement and maintain protocols for system security, data backup, and failover redundancy
- Support technical design discussions related to system architecture
- Serve as primary contact with vendors to resolve product-related issues on behalf of the Office of General Counsel
- Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users
- Deliver expert guidance and support for the effective use of e-discovery applications
- Analyze and document existing legacy system designs through reverse engineering
- Gather business needs through stakeholder interviews, assess functional capabilities, and convert requirements into technical specifications
- Assist with integration and migration efforts for discovery-related software
- Enhance internal knowledge resources by authoring and refining technical documentation for issue resolution
