Responsibilities
- Lead and expand a high-performing Enterprise sales team across Singapore, Southeast Asia, South Korea, and Australia-New Zealand, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence in each region.
- Design and implement localized go-to-market strategies that align with the unique commercial, regulatory, and cultural environments of each country while maintaining regional consistency.
- Foster a team culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement to prioritize key customers, partners, and strategic growth opportunities.
- Manage full-cycle forecasting, sales pipeline oversight, and revenue reporting across all channels and major projects, ensuring transparency for regional and global leadership.
- Track competitive activity, customer needs, and industry shifts across the region to proactively identify and act on emerging business opportunities.
- Develop and scale new partnerships with strategic resellers and managed service providers, while enhancing performance of current partners through direct engagement and relationship building.
- Build and mentor a geographically dispersed sales team across multiple countries, focusing on talent growth, performance tracking, and long-term organizational strength.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Systems Engineering, and regional and global teams to ensure a unified customer experience and efficient sales execution.
- Advance the evolution of the regional go-to-market approach, leading change initiatives and adoption across the sales force and partner network.
