About the Role

This position leads the development and execution of global commercial strategies within health economics and outcomes research, aligning partnerships with client objectives and market opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of global commercial strategies in health economics and outcomes research
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand market reach and client impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals
  • Drive client engagement through value-driven research solutions and insights
  • Manage key relationships with global stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new commercial opportunities
  • Translate complex research findings into actionable commercial strategies
  • Oversee the delivery of high-impact HEOR deliverables for global clients
  • Ensure alignment of partnership activities with regulatory and scientific standards
  • Advocate for evidence-based decision-making in product development and market access
  • Guide teams in understanding client needs and competitive landscapes
  • Develop frameworks for measuring partnership performance and ROI
  • Represent the organization at industry events and scientific forums
  • Contribute to thought leadership in health economics and market access
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global healthcare policy and reimbursement trends
  • Support the integration of real-world evidence in commercial planning
  • Mentor team members in scientific and commercial excellence
  • Ensure timely execution of partnership agreements and milestones
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams on contractual terms
  • Promote innovation in research methodologies and service offerings
  • Coordinate with regional leads to adapt strategies to local markets
  • Respond to client inquiries with scientific and commercial insight
