Responsibilities
- Contribute to portfolio management by aligning project investments with strategic business goals, ensuring optimal balance between growth and value creation.
- Collaborate with market-specific business units and functional teams to define project timelines, resource needs, and budget requirements for product growth and improvement plans.
- Support leadership in enhancing global execution consistency, accelerating development speed, and improving resource adaptability.
- Oversee project management activities specific to security-related products.
- Work with senior leaders to develop and manage project plans that support product strategies and strategic portfolio objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external operations partners to ensure effective project management processes, including stage-gate reviews and risk mitigation.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of complex product development initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and enterprise-level decision-makers.
- Lead cross-functional teams in validating financial projections, reconciling resource allocations, and tracking project spending.
- Develop and oversee global project budgets.
- Represent project management in governance forums, interdepartmental meetings, and executive updates, including those involving broader corporate entities.
- Lead recruitment, development, and retention of technical project management talent.
- Drive large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Partner with marketing, innovation, and consumer insights teams to integrate customer experience into product design.
- Translate consumer insights into meaningful product features and attributes that meet user needs.
