We're recruiting a Director of Paid Social (Meta-focused) to spearhead client engagements and construct interdisciplinary marketing teams.
This is a hybrid role, available to candidates located in New York, USA.
What you'll do:
Hands-On Media Execution (Non-Negotiable)
- Construct, initiate, and optimize Meta campaigns within Ads Manager
- Execute comprehensive paid social programs: prospecting, mid-funnel, retention, remarketing
- Design creative and audience tests, bid strategies, structural iterations
- Diagnose performance challenges directly in the platform
- Manage pacing, budget, attribution, and performance troubleshooting comprehensively
Lead Paid Social Growth Strategy
- Design Meta-centric acquisition strategies across multiple brand portfolios
- Escalate paid social budgets from early-stage to $500K–$1M+ monthly
- Create funnel structures, testing roadmaps, and measurement frameworks
- Uncover opportunities to enhance AOV, MER, LTV, and new customer revenue
Be the Strategic Partner to CMOs & Founders
- Lead client communications, quarterly business reviews, weekly updates, and executive presentations
- Translate performance insights into business outcomes
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention across portfolio
Financial Modeling & Forecasting
- Collaborate with Data & Finance to align spending with business objectives
- Monitor CAC, contribution margin, cohort data, and profitability indicators
- Interpret pro forma marketing projections and communicate insights to clients
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Growth Strategy Directors on comprehensive media efforts
- Partner with Creative Strategy for ad briefing and evaluation
- Engage with paid search team
- Emerge as a paid social team leader and role model
- Maintain cross-channel consistency and coordinated market execution
Drive Innovation in Paid Social
- Stay ahead of Meta algorithm shifts, creative evolution, and attribution changes
- Generate proactive hypotheses, approaches, and creative concepts weekly
- Contribute to building the most advanced paid social team in performance marketing
