About the Role

This role is responsible for managing a high-performing team of solution engineers who partner with sales to drive technical evaluations, demonstrate product capabilities, and ensure successful customer onboarding for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of solution engineers across regions
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align technical resources with pipeline goals
  • Serve as a primary technical advisor during high-value sales cycles
  • Design and deliver product demonstrations tailored to enterprise requirements
  • Translate customer business challenges into technical solutions
  • Develop repeatable technical sales methodologies and playbooks
  • Work closely with product teams to communicate customer feedback
  • Drive consistency in solution design and architecture across customer engagements
  • Manage technical proof-of-concept processes and outcomes
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities
  • Oversee the creation of technical documentation and sales enablement assets
  • Represent technical leadership in executive-level customer meetings
  • Identify scaling opportunities within the solution engineering function
  • Partner with marketing to refine messaging for technical audiences
  • Support strategic account planning with deep technical insights
  • Evaluate and implement tools to improve team efficiency
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards
  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for new team members
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for the team
