They are seeking an accomplished executive to coordinate a high-performance, cross-functional Salesforce implementation team. Role Overview: The Director of Salesforce Implementation will supervise a geographically dispersed team of Salesforce professionals, encompassing consultants, developers, administrators, solution architects, and marketing automation experts. Responsibilities include precise project scoping, effective execution, timely delivery, and consistent alignment with client expectations and quality benchmarks. The role demands comprehensive process optimization, strategic escalation management, and driving exceptional client satisfaction. Requirements: - 7+ years of comprehensive Salesforce implementation experience (consulting or organizational) - 3+ years leading technical or consulting teams, particularly in remote/distributed environments - Extensive proficiency with Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (MCAE & MCE) - Demonstrated capability managing multiple simultaneous projects and large-scale client engagements - Expertise in resource planning, time tracking, utilization reporting, and delivery performance metrics - Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution capabilities - Adaptability to operate effectively at strategic and tactical organizational levels Preferred Qualifications: - Professional Salesforce certifications - Background with Salesforce partnership agencies or professional services organizations - Proficiency with project management platforms (Asana, Monday, Wrike) - Experience managing international teams across US, LATAM, and offshore regions Benefits: - Competitive Compensation: Starting $4,000+ monthly, negotiable based on expertise - Full-time position, Monday-Friday (EST business hours 8:00AM-5:00PM) - 10 annual paid time-off days - Fully remote work environment - Independent Contractor status Eligibility Criteria: Exclusively open to candidates residing in Latin American countries.
