Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of sales professionals to exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on new business acquisition
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with a hunter-first mindset
  • Build strong relationships with aviation and aerospace clients, OEMs, MROs, and suppliers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
