Asbury Communities is hiring a Director of Sales

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage an outbound sales strategy focused on senior living, post-acute care, and healthcare providers.
  • Support the creation of ideal customer profiles and design customized outreach messaging.
  • Form strategic alliances with electronic medical record vendors, regional industry groups, and healthcare systems.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and analysis of won and lost opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for managed service offerings, from discovery to contract finalization.
  • Sell integrated technology solutions including cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, service desk, endpoint management, data systems, and networking.
  • Convert technical features into clear business benefits, emphasizing operational efficiency and cost impact.
  • Cultivate relationships with executive decision-makers and expand initial pilots into long-term service agreements.
  • Lead sales efforts for an AI-powered fall prevention platform, including product demonstrations and value validation.
  • Demonstrate the clinical, workflow, and financial advantages of reducing patient falls and improving safety.
  • Engage and influence diverse stakeholders across clinical, IT, operations, and compliance functions.
  • Scale successful pilot programs into enterprise-wide deployments across multi-location organizations.
