What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end technical discovery and deployment for critical SalesOps projects, including CRM overhauls and data architecture redesigns
- Act as the trusted advisor to CROs and sales leadership, aligning technology infrastructure with measurable revenue outcomes
- Collaborate with growth and operations teams to define the strategic direction of SalesOps offerings
- Uncover new opportunities within client portfolios to expand high-value RevOps engagements
- Enforce strict project governance, ensuring timely delivery and enterprise-grade quality
- Begin as an individual contributor with a clear path to build and mentor a dedicated team of SalesOps Strategists
What We’re Looking For
- Deep mastery of Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud) and integrated SalesTech environments
- Proven experience managing complex CRM migrations, global data modeling, and GTM taxonomy design
- Strong operational focus with meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem solving
- Leadership drive to evolve from hands-on contributor to team builder and coach
- Minimum of two years in an agency or client-facing consulting environment
Nice to Have
- Experience leading consultative sales efforts for engagements valued at $100k+
- Strategic mindset focused on delivering rapid, quantifiable client ROI
