About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of the company's quality management system
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements
- Oversee internal and external quality audits
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective action for quality issues
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve product reliability
- Establish key performance indicators for quality metrics
- Manage supplier quality programs and vendor assessments
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies across production cycles
- Lead quality planning for new product introductions
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations
- Develop and deliver quality training programs for staff
- Monitor non-conformance trends and implement preventive measures
- Work closely with project teams on field deployment quality
- Maintain documentation for quality processes and standards
- Support certification efforts for new technologies
- Evaluate quality risks during design and manufacturing phases
- Standardize inspection and testing protocols
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies as needed
