Responsibilities
- Guide the QA strategy for Content Solutions, shaping how quality is delivered across CMS builds, retainers, and platform extensions.
- Build and evolve QA operating models that balance quality, cost efficiency, distributed teams, and partner support.
- Enable the adoption of AI-assisted QA practices that improve coverage, consistency, and tester effectiveness.
- Partner with engineering and delivery leaders to define where manual testing, AI assistance, and selective automation provide the most value.
- Represent QA leadership in cross-functional planning, portfolio discussions, and key client conversations.
