Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product vision and long-term direction for the puzzle games division
- Ensure product priorities support both business objectives and player expectations
- Build and develop a high-performing product team
- Mentor product managers and product owners while establishing efficient workflows
- Oversee product execution across all stages, including soft launch and ongoing live operations
- Leverage analytics to refine game progression, difficulty curves, retention, and revenue performance
- Collaborate with user acquisition and marketing teams to synchronize product milestones with growth targets and profitability goals
