GameChanger is hiring a Director of Product Management

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of product managers in creating product-driven strategies, establishing measurable objectives, and promoting a culture centered on innovation, impact, and teamwork.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Experience, and Go-to-Market leadership to ensure unified execution and strategic alignment of product efforts.
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision that emphasizes user needs and market trends, adjusting strategy as business conditions evolve.
  • Perform market research and user behavior analysis to uncover opportunities and guide product direction.
  • Define key performance indicators to track product success, user interaction, and growth metrics.
  • Represent customer interests by analyzing their behaviors and translating insights into actionable product enhancements.
  • Hire, mentor, and motivate product management talent to build a high-performing team.
