As the Director of Product, Growth, you will launch and lead the company’s first focused growth effort, shaping how users discover, adopt, and stay engaged with a family-centered operating system and its premium subscription tier, Skylight Plus. This role is central to defining long-term strategy, owning key performance indicators like retention, engagement, and annual recurring revenue, and expanding the product’s reach through data-informed decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Define and manage the end-to-end growth roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive adoption and deepen user engagement
- Own metrics including subscriber growth, feature usage, churn reduction, and revenue expansion
- Design and launch new subscription tiers aligned with upcoming product developments
- Create in-product experiences that educate users and convert interest into sustained use
- Test and refine trial periods, promotional offers, and pricing models to optimize conversion
- Develop onboarding strategies that deliver immediate value and encourage long-term engagement
- Lead re-engagement campaigns to win back inactive subscribers with targeted, empathetic outreach
- Establish a growth mindset across teams, fostering experimentation and customer insight as core practices
