Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for client-facing platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Identify market opportunities and customer pain points through data and feedback
- Lead discovery efforts to validate product concepts and iterate on user needs
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and user value
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and adoption
- Work closely with client success teams to understand real-world usage
- Ensure product scalability and alignment with regulatory requirements
- Communicate roadmap and progress to stakeholders across departments
- Mentor and develop product managers within the client group
- Drive cross-team alignment on shared product dependencies
- Evaluate third-party tools and integrations for potential adoption
- Maintain deep understanding of healthcare compliance and data privacy standards
- Support go-to-market planning in collaboration with marketing and sales
