Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing team, promoting a culture of excellence and urgency.
  • Recruit, mentor, and support talent while applying a high-accountability coaching approach to overcome challenges and recognize achievements.
  • Ensure all team members understand their role in organizational success through consistent two-way feedback.
  • Foster continuous improvement by proactively identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to maintain throughput.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, including Lean practices, Theory of Constraints, and optimized material movement.
  • Integrate learning systems to improve fault detection and response, while advancing Manufacturing Execution Systems, ERP functionality, and financial accuracy in inventory and cost of goods sold.
  • Develop scalable processes and infrastructure to enable technology transfer across teams.
  • Balance strict process controls for safety and quality with the adaptability needed for active research and development.
  • Support advanced process monitoring and development, ensuring experimental work aligns with production needs without compromising safety or data quality.
