Responsibilities
- Design and manage comprehensive global campaign strategies that synchronize paid media, email, social, web, and events into a cohesive demand generation system.
- Build, guide, and grow a team of four marketing professionals, ensuring clear objectives, career progression, and timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with product marketing, brand, digital, web, and regional teams to shape accurate buyer journey maps and deliver consistent, compelling messaging across customer touchpoints.
- Align with sales, SDR leadership, and enablement teams to integrate seller engagement into marketing campaigns and improve conversion efficiency.
- Drive performance against core business metrics such as lead volume, qualified appointments, pipeline contribution, and return on investment using analytics and testing methodologies.
- Maintain a balance between strategic direction and active participation in campaign planning, content creation, and execution.
- Define and manage campaign structures, integrated planning workflows, and performance reporting to continuously assess and enhance marketing impact.
- Apply artificial intelligence and data-driven insights to increase marketing efficiency, personalization, and overall performance.
