About the Role
Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new clients, translating business requirements into actionable plans and driving timely execution across departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full implementation process from onboarding to go-live
- Work closely with clients to understand their operational workflows
- Develop project timelines and coordinate internal resources
- Translate client needs into technical and operational requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and support
- Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Identify and mitigate risks that could delay implementation
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the process
- Ensure all client configurations meet compliance and security standards
- Train client teams on system functionality and best practices
- Gather feedback during implementation to improve processes
- Collaborate with product teams to relay client-driven feature requests
- Optimize implementation frameworks for efficiency and scalability
- Support the development of onboarding documentation and templates
- Track key performance metrics for implementation success
- Drive process improvements based on post-launch reviews
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client implementation leads
- Coordinate integration efforts with third-party systems
- Ensure data migration is accurate and securely handled
- Maintain alignment between client expectations and delivery timelines
- Support sales during pre-contract stages with implementation insights
- Contribute to client retention by ensuring smooth adoption
- Standardize implementation playbooks across client segments
- Escalate critical issues to senior leadership when necessary
- Promote a client-centric culture within the implementation team
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in health informatics, business administration, or related area
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
- Direct experience in digital health or telehealth platforms
- Background in clinical operations or healthcare delivery
- Familiarity with HIPAA and HITRUST compliance frameworks
- Experience with electronic health record integrations
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for health software
- Leadership experience in remote or distributed teams
- Client-facing experience in enterprise sales cycles
- Proven ability to scale implementation processes
