Responsibilities
- Scale annual student enrollments from 40,000 to 100,000 through strategic growth initiatives.
- Transform the platform, curriculum, and alumni network into a self-reinforcing engine for enrollment growth.
- Create in-product experiences that encourage re-enrollment, reduce drop-off, and turn users into active promoters.
- Collaborate with Product to define, develop, and evaluate built-in growth features.
- Establish and manage channel strategy, including paid media allocation, with data-driven investment decisions.
- Oversee a centralized, digital-first outreach system using HubSpot and AI-driven personalization to engage academic stakeholders.
- Lead the product-led growth backlog by identifying and prioritizing features like re-enrollment prompts, progress tracking, sharing tools, and referral triggers.
- Develop and expand community-based growth loops leveraging alumni referrals, peer advocacy, and employer networks.
- Integrate referral mechanisms into the user journey to make organic discovery a sustainable acquisition channel.
- Own the overall growth strategy and enrollment goals across student recruitment, academic outreach, and enrollment lifecycle management.
- Determine the optimal mix of growth channels, including paid search, social, email, champion outreach, developer communities, SEO, and product-led tactics.
- Manage paid media spending with a focus on ROI, reallocating budget based on performance and attribution insights.
- Define audience segments and craft tailored messaging for students, faculty, institutional leaders, and enterprise partners.
- Conduct structured growth experiments using analytics platforms like Am游戏副本ity, Mixpanel, or Statsig to inform channel and budget decisions.
- Own the attribution system to ensure accurate tracking of lead sources and continuous refinement of growth strategy.
- Lead a small team and integrate AI-powered tools to increase efficiency as the function scales.
- Define and monitor key growth metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting to senior leadership.
