Hadley Designs is hiring a Director of Growth Ecommerce

Responsibilities

  • Execute weekly testing of over 100 ad creatives across Meta and TikTok platforms
  • Drive paid traffic performance to meet or exceed strict return on ad spend targets
  • Collaborate with affiliate and user-generated content teams to scale high-performing creative assets
  • Monitor and adapt to evolving platform trends, ad formats, and policy changes
  • Coordinate product launches with Amazon to maximize halo effects and cross-channel visibility
  • Launch a new educational outcome-focused bundle funnel each month
  • Continuously refine conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, upsell performance, and funnel economics on a weekly basis
  • Manage and optimize homepage layout, product pages, and collection-level merchandising strategies
  • Redesign and relaunch underperforming sales funnels using improved messaging and offers
  • Lead planning and execution of major seasonal campaigns such as Back-to-School and Holiday promotions
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and testing roadmaps for all funnels
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing initiatives using Klaviyo and Postscript platforms
  • Improve performance of onboarding, cart recovery, post-purchase, and re-engagement email and SMS flows
  • Design customer progression paths from entry-level products to premium offerings
  • Create and execute blog and SEO strategies to generate organic traffic centered on educational content
  • Review weekly profit and loss statements for Shopify and TikTok Shop operations
  • Analyze key performance metrics including AOV, CVR, CAC, LTV, ROAS, gross profit to CAC ratio, and revenue by lifecycle stage
  • Produce weekly performance dashboards and monthly strategic growth plans
  • Forecast business outcomes and identify key drivers for scalable growth
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional ecommerce team of six or more members
  • Establish clear accountability structures and consistent operational cadences
  • Recruit and develop additional talent as business velocity grows
  • Oversee external freelancers and specialized contractors
