Responsibilities
- Lead the expansion and management of a multi-team engineering organization dedicated to growth.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for go-to-market enablement, onboarding, experimentation, activation, and monetization platforms.
- Champion a product-led growth strategy, focusing on converting free users to paying customers, pricing models, and expansion workflows.
- Develop scalable platforms that enable onboarding and management of customers with thousands of assets across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to build infrastructure that supports scalable growth across the customer acquisition funnel.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow engineering talent while maintaining high standards for delivery, code quality, and measurable impact.
