Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic financial advisor to the COO, shaping long-term financial goals, planning, and resource decisions.
- Maintain and enhance the organization's financial model for precise forecasting and planning.
- Lead end-to-end fundraising efforts, including modeling, investor communication, and due diligence coordination.
- Manage relationships with external accounting, tax, and financial advisory partners.
- Oversee tax compliance across regions, including filing and payment processes, in coordination with tax advisors.
- Work with department leaders to develop, track, and adjust budgets.
- Prepare and present financial reports for board meetings, investors, and lenders, including quarterly updates.
- Supervise accounts payable operations to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments.
- Manage accounts receivable and collections, ensuring prompt invoicing and follow-up.
- Serve as the primary contact for resolving customer billing issues.
- Verify that revenue data is consistent across CRM and billing systems through regular reconciliation.
- Administer company expense and travel policies, including card limits, fraud monitoring, and approval workflows.
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to advise on pricing strategies that preserve profitability and value.
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, including journal entries, reconciliations, cash management, and general ledger analysis.
- Lead the selection, deployment, and maintenance of financial technology systems and software.
