About the Role

This role is responsible for managing field operations across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning regional performance with company goals through leadership, training, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of field locations to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance
  • Lead and mentor regional managers and field supervisors
  • Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings
  • Ensure consistent customer service standards across all locations
  • Collaborate with HR on staffing, training, and development initiatives
  • Manage budget and financial performance of field operations
  • Lead onboarding and integration of new store openings
  • Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations
  • Drive adherence to safety, compliance, and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for inventory accuracy
  • Support marketing initiatives through field execution
  • Analyze operational data to inform decision-making
  • Respond to escalated operational issues in a timely manner
  • Facilitate communication between corporate and field teams
  • Implement training programs for leadership and staff
  • Track and report on employee engagement and retention metrics
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained across all locations
  • Lead change management initiatives during organizational transitions
  • Evaluate technology tools to enhance field operations
  • Support sustainability and community engagement efforts
  • Maintain documentation of operational procedures and updates
  • Prepare executive-level reports on operational performance
