About the Role

Lead and scale the enterprise sales function by developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion within large organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a scalable enterprise sales strategy aligned with company goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large, complex organizations
  • Manage and mentor a team of enterprise sales representatives
  • Drive high-value sales cycles from prospecting to close
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified enterprise leads
  • Forecast sales performance and report on key metrics monthly
  • Negotiate complex contracts and pricing structures
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure solution fit for client needs
  • Maintain deep knowledge of cybersecurity products and industry trends
  • Expand market share in targeted verticals and geographies
  • Establish sales processes and best practices for enterprise deals
  • Ensure accurate CRM data entry and pipeline tracking
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
  • Support customer retention through strong post-sale engagement
  • Evaluate competitive landscape and adjust positioning accordingly
  • Drive adoption of multi-year contract agreements
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on contract terms
  • Optimize sales tools and technology stack for efficiency
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with key accounts
  • Promote a culture of accountability and high performance within the sales team
  • Ensure alignment between product development and customer needs
  • Manage regional and national account strategies
  • Support partner-led sales initiatives when applicable
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards
