Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of Microsoft SaaS platforms, including Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics GP
- Maintain application currency, efficiency, security, and alignment with organizational needs
- Monitor system health, diagnose technical issues, and resolve operational problems promptly
- Schedule and manage application updates, patches, and feature rollouts with minimal impact on business functions
- Lead integration efforts between Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics GP, and core enterprise systems such as ERP, HR, and Finance
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to design and deploy system customizations
- Lead data migration projects, system upgrades, and enhancements while ensuring data integrity and business continuity
- Provide leadership for application support, issue resolution, and end-user troubleshooting
- Design and deliver training programs to increase user adoption and improve system experience
- Produce and maintain comprehensive system documentation, user manuals, and training resources
- Manage vendor relationships with Microsoft and third parties to ensure reliable service delivery
- Partner with business units to identify opportunities for system optimization and innovation
- Convert business requirements into technical solutions and strategic roadmap items
- Ensure application compliance with internal policies, security standards, and data privacy regulations such as GDPR
- Administer user access permissions and enforce data security protocols
- Coordinate routine system audits and security evaluations
- Stay informed about new Microsoft SaaS features, updates, and emerging technologies
- Assess new tools, modules, and enhancements for potential process improvements
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement in enterprise application usage
- Define and monitor KPIs for system performance, reliability, and user satisfaction
- Generate and present performance reports and insights to executive leadership
- Proactively detect and mitigate system risks and performance concerns
