Responsibilities
- Manage profit and loss for Shopify and TikTok Shop, targeting over $20 million in combined revenue.
- Develop a scalable growth engine using product bundles, paid advertising, conversion rate improvements, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Build and mentor a high-output ecommerce team rooted in accountability and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee rapid creative testing, producing more than 100 ad variations weekly on Meta and TikTok while meeting ROAS goals.
- Launch monthly funnel-driven offers, refine key metrics including conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value, and maintain top-converting product pages.
- Increase email and SMS revenue contribution to 25% of Shopify sales through optimized lifecycle campaigns and retention programs.
